Renting A Kayak
Kayak Rentals are Available for hourly, half day, full day and weekly rates and are fun for the whole family. Kayak rentals are only available for paddlers who can select the appropriate gear and equipment and handle their boat without instruction.
Rentals are popular so reserve your boat in advance. They usually include lifejacket, paddle, spray skirt, throw rope and pump. All rentals require the following: Acceptance of full responsibility for equipment loss or damage at retail prices. A Secure roof rack is necessary for take-away rentals. As always, information is free with rentals. All rentals will be cancelled if high wind/unsafe conditions prevail. Kayak rentals are also available for those people who already have sea kayaking skills and experience. Renting a Kayak is not expensive and there is a growing band of facilities up along the coast providing those services, often within easy paddling distance of excellent fishing waters.
If solitude and freedom from schedules are what you are looking for, then kayak rentals are the way to go.
